Your pub business
The Four Chesnuts pub is an open-plan trading operation.
Guests love the pub for the team games, live sports, and live music and entertainment.
Part of the main bar area is a designated sports zone with seating to watch live TV showings.
The fixtures and fittings are of a high standard, and the pub provides five car parking spaces.
You’ll find the four chesnuts on the outskirts of the main shopping area in Chichester.
It’s in a residential area with plenty of potential customers on the doorstep.
With a 20-minute drive, you can be in the open countryside of the South Downs or nearby beaches.
Chichester enjoys good road and rail connections, and the town centre shopping and entertainment amenities are just a 10-minute walk away.
