The Masons Arms is a well-presented mainstream pub that presents a huge opportunity to grow both food and wet sales. Alongside a very cosy lounge area, the pub offers a 60-cover restaurant, which can be split into two sections, with the second section being closed off to form a small private dining area. Around the main bar servery, there’s a very comfortable seating area, which is popular with local drinkers. The pub sits next to a large area of residential housing and is also close to a retail park, which includes DIY stores, a supermarket and various fast food outlets. Frome is a good-sized market town with a population of about 27,000. There are also numerous other small towns and villages in the immediate vicinity, and easy road connections make them good targets from which to attract new custom.
