We’re looking for a lively host, a creative person and a Management Partner who loves their local community and sports teams. Not one to rest on their laurels, you’ll perpetually give your local community new reasons to visit your pub.
You’ll love hosting live entertainment and arranging events around key sports matches to drive new footfall to your venue. You’ll know all of your locals, what they drink and where they sit, and with you, they’ll never be short of banter!
You’ll have a strong personality and be keen to lay roots in the community and strengthen existing ties. You’ll have excellent standards, be comfortable managing bookings, host busy sports days and become well-loved for running a pub at the heart of the community.
