We’re looking for a big personality who’ll thrive running a busy pub. You will have fantastic local knowledge and understand the High Street, the competition, and the locality. 

We’re looking for a hands-on operator. You’ll be happiest in the thick of it in the bar and kitchen. You’ll have experience working at volume, and your attention to detail will put you in good stead for the summer months when trade is at its peak. 

You will understand atmosphere management, and this skill will ensure that the Marine is the only place to watch live sports. You’ll get a buzz from training and coaching a large team to provide incredible service and standards every day of the year.

The Marine Bar & Kitchen offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be an absolute star within Waterloo. You’ll take the Marine to the next level and ensure the pub’s reputation as the best on the High Street. The space and the location of this pub are perfect, especially in the summer.

You’ll be your boss, working with the support of your operations manager to thrive and demonstrate your management skills.
