This is an open plan trading operation, with separate bar and dining areas. The catering kitchen can provide for up to 60 covers and it will need to be used to offer a good quality traditional pub menu to attract custom. An enclosed external drinking area is a unique selling point, as this is the only pub in the area with outside space.
