You’ll also build the drinks side of the business to increase local walk to guests. That’s why we need an experienced Management Partner well-versed in running a successful and high-quality community offer.

Pub and location
The Robin Hood is a classic community pub. From its whitewashed stone exterior with stunning floral displays to its oak flooring and plush carpet interior. It’s a pub locals love with a cosy log burner and a quaint patio garden to the rear that’s suitable for all seasons as it features heating during those chilly months.
The pub also benefits from a street side terrace, garden courtyard and a large upstairs function room with a bar. The main bar area is large, with plenty of seating and a separate dining room.
The savvy operator will take advantage of the location near the Empire Cinema and the VBS community stadium, ideal for grabbing a quick pre-match drink or a family meal.
