The location is very rural but remains accessible. 1hrs drive from the M25, only 10 mins drive from Jkt 14 of the M4.
This destination pub benefits from large gardens including duck pond and event field, there are 2 large private carparks.
As you walk into the Pelican you enter a busy pub restaurant and hear the gentle chatter of locals catching up with each other in the small bar area, Hotel guests can check-in and the end of the bar in the middle of the pub, behind check in stairs lead up to the 8 bedrooms. As you explore round the pub, you will see the majority of it’s space to devoted to dining, this is broken up with wood beams and fireplaces. The large kitchen is in the heart of the pub, the front of house team find it really easy to collect food orders and communicate to the kitchen team.

Must have track record and experience as General Manager of operating high quality food business and hotel bedrooms.
Ability to calmly and maturely manage a team that consists of housekeepers, chefs and front of house. Solid organisational skills and experience in maximising commercial benefit of PMS, Online Bookings and 3rd Party Websites.
