This is a great opportunity to meet with a selection of our regional managers all at one venue, to discuss multiple pub vacancies in a certain area of the country. Having multiple regional managers in attendance it’s a great way of networking and finding out about our opportunities on a larger scale. There will also be members of our pub support centre including our recruitment team as well as our suppliers who will be on hand for business advice and financial support.
The Bull is at the heart of its community, surrounded by residential streets in the popular suburb of Hellesdon just three miles northwest of Norwich City centre, and a rare opportunity has arisen to acquire The Bull on a new 5-year Tenancy Agreement.
The Bull is ready to operate, it is in impeccable condition throughout having recently been refurbished. Throughout the pub you will find multiple seating options for dining and socialising with a mix of comfy chairs, banquet sofas and booths, window seats, cosy corners and open fireplace the multiple bar areas comfortably host 100+covers. To the rear the first-class beer garden has seating for circa 150covers and has its own outside bar, covered booths, and children’s play area.
