This is a great opportunity to meet with a selection of our regional managers all at one venue, to discuss multiple pub vacancies in a certain area of the country. Having multiple regional managers in attendance it’s a great way of networking and finding out about our opportunities on a larger scale. There will also be members of our pub support centre including our recruitment team as well as our suppliers who will be on hand for business advice and financial support.
The Oak is an impactful three-storey corner pub which has recently received an external investment to improve the first impressions and curbside appeal. The pub has large accommodation which could be used in part or full letting rooms, situated in the busy St James Street of Kemptown, Brighton. The pub is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and boutique accommodations within the heart of the Kemptown community and hosts the annual Kemptown Pride Village Party and local beachfront gigs and events. The Oak allows a new operator to benefit from potentially three income streams; drink, food and accommodation and is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality entrepreneur. The pub accommodation has previously been operated as group lettings largely targeted towards the weekend trade however, there are various options the accommodation can be used for and with the benefit of a commercial kitchen, this business could be operated for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days per week.
