This is a great opportunity to meet with a selection of our regional managers all at one venue, to discuss multiple pub vacancies in a certain area of the country. Having multiple regional managers in attendance it’s a great way of networking and finding out about our opportunities on a larger scale. There will also be members of our pub support centre including our recruitment team as well as our suppliers who will be on hand for business advice and financial support.
The Rummer Tavern is in the heart of Cardiff City Centre, opposite Cardiff Castle with lovely historic frontage. The pub benefits from a fantastic location in the vibrant city of Cardiff. There is a pleasant seating area to the front dedicated to dining which then leads to a wider section, where the large and traditional bar is located. The Rummer hosts a range of pub games including darts and pool, with large TV screens for sports viewing. There is a function room located on the first floor, which will accommodate around 40 covers comfortably with characterful décor and an additional bar servery. A fully equipped trade kitchen is also available on the site capable of producing high quality pub food.
