This is a great opportunity to meet with a selection of our regional managers all at one venue, to discuss multiple pub vacancies in a certain area of the country. Having multiple regional managers in attendance it’s a great way of networking and finding out about our opportunities on a larger scale. There will also be members of our pub support centre including our recruitment team as well as our suppliers who will be on hand for business advice and financial support.
The Coach and Horses is an impressive, old-world village pub situated in the beautiful village of Sutton Scotney in Hampshire, just north of Winchester. A centrally located bar operates in front of the main dining area of 25 covers. To the left of the bar, a sports-themed television room is well equipped for darts, drinkers and television for another 15 guests. The right side of the bar has a snug room with a mixture of loose and fixed dining tables allowing a further 15 guests space for drinking or eating. A large open fire warms the entire pub and epitomises a cosy ambience with a relaxed and homely atmosphere.
There are three bed and breakfast rooms adjacent to the main pub which completes this hospitality business, driving additional income to the pub. Externally there is an enclosed beer garden that offers children’s play equipment and room for up to 80 covers with the potential to offer garden parties, BBQ and al fresco dining. In addition, there is a good sized car park which sits directly behind the pub and offers space for up to 15 vehicles. The private accommodation is well presented and comprises of four double bedrooms, one large bathroom, a kitchen, living room and toilet.
