The pub offers a comfortable bar area and a separate restaurant area. There are 10 letting rooms which could benefit from some updating of fixtures and fittings.
The Kings Arms has an exciting new refurbishment planned including a full upgrade of the letting rooms to include eight newly upgraded en-suite lettings rooms and the bar and restaurant to be modernised to maximise the potential of the site. A welcoming outside courtyard will be added to create an area for alfresco drinking an dining.
