This is a great opportunity to meet with a selection of our Regional Managers all at one venue, to discuss multiple pub vacancies across the whole of London and to learn more about Craft Union as a business model. Having multiple Regional Managers in attendance it’s a great way of networking and finding out about our opportunities on a larger scale. There will also be members of our pub support centre including our recruitment team as well as our suppliers who work closely with us as a wider business. Uncapped operator earning potential. Our agreements offer 4 distinct streams of available income outlined below.
Industry leading profit share scheme, offering 10% of all year-on-year profit growth (uncapped)
Quarterly machine profit share & sales incentive payments
A percentage of weekly net turnover to pay yourself and your staff.
Low risk agreement with ingoing costs of only a £500 deposit
Open ended agreements with no fixed end date
Notice periods ranging from 4-8 weeks dependent on length of service.

Are there any basic requirements to work in partnership with Craft Union?
Yes, they have a few small requirements that all candidates will need in which to run a pub in partnership with us. You will need to be a personal license holder, can become the director of a Ltd company, have £500 for your deposit, and be a hospitality professional with pub background or transferrable skills.
