This is a great opportunity to meet with a selection of our regional managers all at one venue, to discuss multiple pub vacancies in a certain area of the country. Having multiple regional managers in attendance it’s a great way of networking and finding out about our opportunities on a larger scale. There will also be members of our pub support centre including our recruitment team as well as our suppliers who will be on hand for business advice and financial support.

Craft Union offers a unique pub partnership model with no upfront investment required beyond a £2,000 bond. We cover essential costs like gas, electricity, and water for the entire building, including your accommodation. You’ll receive rent-free accommodation above the pub, or increased support payments if on-site living isn’t available.
As a Craft Union partner, you earn a 20% operator fee on all wet sales and bar snacks, with the potential to earn an additional 10% bonus on sales above budget. You’ll receive ongoing support from your dedicated regional manager and benefit from marketing clubs and other valuable resources.
