V Rum is an independent, award-winning British rum brand based in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
Born from a passion for quality and transparency, we distil every drop of rum on-site using traditional methods and modern thinking. Our purpose-built distillery, which opened in February 2024, houses two custom Holstein-manufactured stills and is powered entirely by 100% carbon neutral energy.
We’re proud to be part of the 5% of UK distilleries that craft alcohol entirely in-house — from raw ingredients to finished spirit. With the capacity to produce up to one million bottles per year, we maintain complete control over flavour, consistency, and our environmental footprint.
Our Products
Our range of small-batch rums includes a crisp and versatile premium white rum (40% ABV),
a rich and warming spiced rum (37.5% ABV), and a bold overproof expression (60%
ABV)—all made without artificial additives or shortcuts. Whether served neat, over ice, or as
the hero ingredient in a signature cocktail, V Rum delivers bold flavour and a commitment to
doing things the right way.

Sustainability At Our Core
We take sustainability seriously.
From harnessing rainwater for cooling and cleaning, to sourcing 100% recycled labels and UK-made glass bottles to FSC-certified recycled cardboard packaging from local suppliers, every part of our process is designed with responsibility in mind.
Our distillery runs on green energy through Ecotricity, and we work with Ecologi to offset any unavoidable emissions through reforestation and global CO₂ reduction projects.
