The Albert is an end of terrace property facing Caernarfon Marina & Castle. It is located just back from the main square in Caernarfon a popular circuit venue at weekends and a huge tourist attraction annually with a higher visit frequency in the summer. Caernarfon is a royal town, community and port in Gwynnyedd, with a population of 9,852. It lies along the A487 road on the eastern shore of the Menai Strait opposite the Isle of Anglesey. The city of Bangor is 8.6 miles to the north-east, while Snowdonia fringes Caernarfon to the east and south-east.
Pub Layout
The Albert has two entrances, to the side and front, which take you in to a well-appointed one bar open plan pub. There is a cosy snug area which has good views of the marina and castle, with a pool zone and raised area that hosts visiting bands and performers at the weekend. The main bar is well stocked with a variety of popular brands and premium brands in all categories. There is also a small kitchen which could be used to introduce a very small back bar food offer.
The external rear bar garden has been planned well and has two elements, a sheltered TV area and an open clean well maintained area for al fresco socialising.
