The Woodman is a one-room operation, featuring a well-stocked bar that offers a vast product range with industry-leading brands, catering to customers of all ages. To the right, there is a games area equipped with a pool table and darts board, making it a great spot to enjoy sports on TV while playing games with friends. On the left of the bar, you’ll find a more relaxed seating area, perfect for a quiet drink. This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.

Also, an ability to develop & deliver a strong marketing and entertainment plan, incorporating pub teams, is key to making The Woodman a success. You will need to have experience in running a similar style pub with a proven track record.
