Now is the optimum time to take over as we are investing in the outside area, giving the business irresistible kerb appeal enticing guests from the busy footpath. By retaining the separate trading areas, we also have the opportunity to build footfall through the bar attracting locals whilst developing a food offer driving custom into the lounge and outside terrace. The Commercial has a traditional lounge & bar layout, which will remain following investment. You’ll serve guests centrally served from an “L” shaped bar. Both trading rooms have access to the gents’ and ladies’ toilet facilities, with the catering kitchen also located on the ground floor. As described in our investment plans, we will remove the current side conservatory to make way for an external drinking and dining area. We are planning a complete refurbishment of the internal trading areas to include an upgrade to the toilet facilities. Current plans are to remove the side conservatory and develop this area into an external drinking & dining terrace. We will also undertake works on the first floor private accommodation.
