A large proportion of the trade at the Edgcumbe is seasonal as the site occupies a riverside location with views over the Tamar towards Drake Island and Plymouth with popular coastal and woodland walks up to the beautiful Mount Edgcumbe Park. Visitors also drive to the area with up to 80 spaces at Cremyll pay and display car park.
Internal Trade Areas:
Internally the Edgcumbe Arms has a trade kitchen, 6 letting rooms, 4 of which have been refurbished to a high standard and up to 80 covers overall. Upon entering the site there is a bar area of about 15 covers with a large open fireplace leading on to two traditional timber partitioned area of around 15 covers each. There is also a separate dining area which also has a bar of around 35 covers. The trade potential of this area is substantial given the level of footfall provided by the foot ferry and walkers who visit this popular beauty spot which also has a carvery operation. In the upper parts of the premises there is a function room with fabulous views over the Tamar.
External Trade Areas:
