It is well known for quality food, great beer, comfortable surroundings and a fabulous beer garden. The Sands House Inn benefits from several distinct and intimate areas providing the flexibility for dining and drinking in a relaxed, informal setting with a comfortable snug area featuring a crackling fire. The whole bar area can comfortably seat 60 covers and the separate dining area can cater for around 30 covers, allowing amble room for plenty of customers. The pub also has a comprehensively equipped, well laid out catering kitchen with separate preparation area, storage and cleaning areas. To the rear is one of the best beer gardens in the area, offering superb views across Huddersfield, Castle Hill, Emley Moor and beyond.
