The bar servery is to the left and in all, the pub can cater to around 50 covers when seated for dining. There are three beautifully presented letting rooms, including a family room for up for four guests, another which accommodates three guests and a further double room, furnished with a king size bed. All rooms are en suite and there is also a recently developed holiday cottage to the rear of the building.

Regional Manager’s thoughts on the Royal Oak Bobbin Mill
The Royal Oak is a great meeting place for local residents, as well as being well-reputed in the wider area for its locally sourced food. The letting rooms attract professionals from Barrow and the many visitors to the area. The pub presents a unique opportunity for someone to become actively involved in everyday life in this fabulous location and with a range of cask ales, a good food offer and letting accommodation, it has a number of revenue streams upon which to capitalise.
