A fantastic opportunity to take on an attractive pub in a lovely countryside location. The Chairmakers is situated in World’s End, Hambledon about 10 miles from Portsmouth or 6 to the A3. Surrounded by rolling fields and historic buildings it is the perfect place for a family get-together.

Fuller’s Tenancy
The property is to be let on a Five Year Turnover linked rent agreement. Minimum Guaranteed Rent figure to be confirmed, subject to annual increases in line with the Consumer Price Index. There is a full tie on all wet products. Machine income is shared 50/50 between the tenant and Fuller’s. A Security Deposit of £8,000 is required and is included in the capital required figure.
