The property is in a rural setting located 5 miles north of Waterlooville and 2 miles east of the A3. A gorgeous property with a large wrap-around car park. The beer garden also wraps around the front of the property and joins the raised decking area which has its stretch tent coverage and outside bar. There are 2 entrances, one of which is from the car park, which leads into the foyer area where you will be greeted. The restaurant area is to your right and the bar and further seating are to your left. The bar area is extensive with a separate dispense for hot drinks and cocktails drinks station as well. A beautiful open fireplace bisects the bar area. There is egress to the beer garden from the bar area. Separate gents and ladies’ toilets on either side of the bar. A large trade kitchen is located in the middle of the site. Easy access for deliveries, large walking chiller room located at the back of the kitchen. Trade Cellar to the rear of the bar area. The cellar is located on the ground floor with good access.
