The rear beer garden comprises of fully patioed with bench-covered seating to your left, outdoor TVs on the wall to your right and a fully fitted outdoor bar area at the far end. There is also a gate to the rear for suppliers and 2 car parking spaces beyond. To the front, the property has a pavement license which allows 4 tables to be prominently located facing the market square. As you walk in via the main entrance the bar area is in front of you to the right. A good-sized serving area with plenty of space for customers to stand and talk. There are seats surrounding the bar area, which then leads into the main seating area which houses around 40 covers with a mix of bench seating and individual tables and chairs. As you walk towards the rear of the property, you pass by the fully fitted small/medium-sized kitchen to your left with men’s and ladies’ toilets.
