DESCRIPTION
The Juniper & Vine is located on the main road through Tottington, approximately 2 miles from Bury town centre. Tottington is one of six towns in the Metropolitan Borough on the edge of the West Pennine Moors. Nearby you will find several residential areas and schools, a supermarket, several offices and light commercial premises. Bury is a short distance away and offers an array of of bars, restaurants, shops & pubs. A very popular area for all aspects of hospitality.
Pub Layout
Upon entering customers are welcomed into the main trading area serviced by a well stocked bar in the centre of the pub. The trade area consists of a mix of fixed and loose seating surrounding the bar and separate seating areas. To the left is the main lounge area where the open fire is situated creating a warm and welcoming ambience. This area is primarily made up of fixed seating and leads to the rear garden/ seating area which seats approximately 90 covers and features an outside kitchen area for alfresco dining. To the right is an area comprising of more tables and chairs and is set up to cater for those customers wanting a quieter catch up with family and friends and for those dining.
TRADING STYLE
Trading Style: The Juniper & Vine has been run as a specialist gin & pizza bar over the recent years, with a focus on quality food & drink and great retail standards. This now needs to be built on and developed to attract a wider customer base. The pub should attract the local community for various occasions and should offer a small menu, which uses quality and locally sourced ingredients and a range of premium drinks including lagers, ales and wines, as well as all served in a welcoming environment with excellent customer service.
