DESCRIPTION.
The Bush Inn is located on the main high street of Aberdare town centre. Aberdare is an old mining town in the Cynon valley of Rhondda Cyon Taf. Located four miles south west of Merthyr Tydfil and 20 miles north of Cardiff, the pub is nestled in the high street surrounded by local shops and amenities. The pub is located near the bus station which has good links to all the surrounding towns

Pub Layout
On entering from the high street you are greeted with a relaxed bar area with televisions and a darts board with a variety of loose seating, the bar is to the right and provides easy access to both areas. Following from the bar area is a raised dining space which is light and airy with wooden floors and loose seating. The catering kitchen is well equipped and situated just off this area. Although there is no current outside seating there may be potential for external seating to the front of the pub looking out onto the High Street.
TRADING STYLE
The Bush has a great evening trade with it being very popular on the town circuit, the pub comes alive with DJ’s on both Friday and Saturday. The bar has a vast selection of beers and spirits though at present there is no cask ale and the new licensee may wish to explore this and develop the current offer. During the day, food is served daily from breakfasts, lunches and dinners with a value food offer in place.
