The Grennel Mower is situated in the community village of Lowedges in the town of Sheffield. The pub is surrounded by residential housing and acts a true hub for the community. There is a bus stop outside the pub which has direct links to St James Retail Park along with other local amenities such as schools, supermarkets, leisure and sports facilities.
Pub Layout
The pub is split into two main trading areas, one which is designated to sports teams with a pool, and full-size snooker table. The main lounge is for comfortable drinking with a mixture of loose and fixed seating in good condition and also houses a darts board. There is a large open bar which has visual sight to both trading areas. Externally there is a small car park, a smoking shelter wither a patio for external drinking

The private accommodation which is accessed through the pub and is located on the first floor consists of three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and lounge.

The pub trades as a 100% drinks focused community pub with live sports and teams. Entertainment on the weekend is extremely popular with the locals who all like to gather at the pub and socialise with friends. There is an opportunity to introduce a small light bites or back bar food offer to increase further sales and develop the overall retail offer at the pub to grow the business.
