The Warrington Arms, Stamford Square, Ashton Under Lyne is located one mile from Ashton town centre, 1.7 miles from Stalybridge and 8 miles east of Manchester City Centre. It is very close to Ashton College and is within walking distance to shops, small businesses and mixed housing. Parking is limited to off street parking only however the majority of customers live or work locally and either walk to the pub or take a taxi.

The Warrington is a well appointed traditional pub with great kerb appeal. From the front entrance you are welcomed in the main, open plan lounge with the bar servery located in front of you as you walk in. The lounge has a mixture of comfy fixed and loose seating, creating a relaxed ambience. You will also find a designated games area for those budding darts enthusiasts. It is fair to note that the pub operates with excellent standards.
TRADING STYLE
The Warrington is a very popular community pub that attracts locals, old and young. The pub is in good condition and is run with exceptional standards.
