Operating its entire estate of pubs through the self-employed management model the business is proud to offer some of the best benefits in the market place.
Our extremely competitive percentage-based deals start from 20% of net sales in simple one-bar wet-led operations and extend into the mid 30%’s where food and accommodation plays a part in the retail offer. There are no hidden costs.
Our pubs are refurbished to an extremely high standard within 3 months of acquisition, with average CAPITAL Investment in excess of £350,000 meaning you have the freshest, pub in which to operate and deliver great a great hospitality experience.
Our experienced Business Development Managers have an average of just 11 pubs each, meaning they have the time and ability to work with you in true partnership to make the business a roaring success
We offer a full range of businesses to operate from small community wet-led pubs through to 20-bedroom hotels and fresh-food gastropubs. That is what makes us unique in this market space
We purchase and refurbish an average of 3 pubs per month and are always adding to the portfolio.
