We’re recruiting for a new pub operator or pub management couple at The Talisman in Tunstall!
The Talisman is a neighbourhood pub in the heart of the surrounding Tunstall community. The pub has recently undergone a huge £200k+ investment and has just reopened its doors to the community of Tunstall.
The pub is any sports lover’s dream, with a dedicated sporting area, the pub has several loyal darts teams and an opportunity to regain local football fans. Due to the location of the pub and its two huge car parks, the pub was the meeting spot where coaches would pick up Old Vale fans and transport them to and from games. The opportunity here is truly endless for the right operator.
The right operator would be someone who can comfortably embed themselves into the community. They would find great satisfaction in pouring themselves into community causes and have the drive to get behind any local opportunities while always creating a safe and fun environment.
The private accommodation consists of three bedrooms.

You thrive in a community environment, often finding yourself at the heart of community causes, with a natural ability to bring people together
You thrive in a high-volume environment and love that pub-buzz feeling
You fully understand the importance of building a great team around you to ensure you deliver a fun and safe environment for your community to enjoy
You’ve got an entrepreneurial flair and have a true talent when it comes to delivering an unforgettable atmosphere in a range of situations; whether it’s a warm and friendly welcome to regulars, to hitting it out the park during a sporting event
