Why not pop down and visit our friends at The Red Lion Southwick who have a new seasonal menu available from next week that really shouldn’t be missed! There are some lovely dishes on there. To get the taste buds going there is Grilled Seabass Fillet which is served on crushed new potatoes and chorizo, with olives and peas finished with basil pesto. Beef Cobbler which is homemade slow cooked beef stew topped with herb dumplings and braised red cabbage. Stuffed chicken breast which is chicken breast stuffed with mature cheddar and ham wrapped in pancetta, served with a garlic and thyme dauphinoise potato, tender stem broccoli and peppercorn sauce. Calves liver and pancetta served with parsley mash, braised savoy cabbage and onion gravy and a vegan option of vegan pea and shallot ravioli in a Mediterranean tomato sauce. These are just a few of what is available there is also much more! As usual there is a great selection of drinks to accompany all the dishes!
