On entering the Black Swan you are welcomed in to the main bar area, with original features and a charming ambience throughout. There is snug seating for those just in for a quiet drink to the front left and right of the bar, with a mixture of fixed and loose seating. To the right hand side there is a games room, complete with full sized pool table and space for vertical drinking. To the left is a dining area, however with such eclectic furniture, this could be transformed for entertainment or additional seating on the busy Friday and Saturday nights. To the rear of the pub you will find an exceptionally sized beer garden with a number of picnic benches, creating space for alfresco dining or those just wanting to enjoy a drink in the sun. There is a car park which can be accessed from the beer garden, which can easily accommodate up to twenty vehicles.
TRADING STYLE
The Black Swan has got everything you could want from a traditional village pub, from the charming features and friendly atmosphere to a good drinks range and food offer. There is however room to introduce a more consistent food offer throughout the week and on Sunday lunch times.
