Just had a lovely lunch with a friend.Never been before but will defiantly be going back. Lots of seating and lovely pods out the back. Our waitress was lovely and very helpful.. sourdough baguette I recommend (like she did). Food was lovely!
Southwick is a war-time village, known for its role in the planning of the D-Day landings, and when our heroic troops passed by the pub on their way to way to war, beer would always be handed out free. Now, we regularly raise a glass in their honour!
With a beautiful terrace at the front of the pub and a courtyard garden at the rear, this is one of the best pubs in Hampshire to catch the rarely-spotted British sunshine.
