The Willow Tree is a on the north eastern edge of Winchester. This independent pub is well known for its beautiful garden which has a stunning riverside location and beautiful array of trees and shrubs making it a delightful place to relax with a drink or meal.
Local ales are available on the handpull perfect to enjoy anytime of the year – With some of Greene Kings favourites on permanent there are also guests available sourced from across the region.

With head chef Matthew Hewitt “heading” up the kitchen a beautiful menu awaits all which celebrates the very best local produce. Matt has a fantastic reputation at previous establishments across Hampshire.
He had previously founded Chef Matt Hewitt in April 2018 after working in a number of restaurants in and around Hampshire since 2009. Matt has learnt his craft working in the restaurants such as The Bakers Arms (Droxford) The NOOK (Warsash) The Black Swan (Stagaire, Oldstead) attaining awards such as AA Rosettes and nominated for awards within Hampshire Life Magazine.
