It is within the unitary authority of Bath and North East Somerset. It is situated in the heart of a large residential area and is near to a number of good schools
Pub Layout
This is a one bar operation, you enter the pub through a covered porch area and are immediately greeted with the bar area which is well stocked with a variety of products to suit the local custom. It is divided into two sections with a bar and darts area and further to the right is an open fire and the entrance to the toilet facilities. At the other end of the pub is a Pool table and a further open fire, this is where the access to the residential area is situated. To the front of the property is a large beer garden with a number
Private Accommodation
The private accommodation at this pub consists of three large bedrooms, however is in need of decoration. There is a function room in some state of disrepair however there is Capital Expenditure planned at this site to address these shortcomings.
The Tyning Inn is a popular community pub , at the weekends comes alive with entertainment in the form of karaoke and live acts. The large beer garden at the front of the pub lends its self to be used for community events and activities in the summer months to draw custom from further a field. The introduction of televised sports would be well received as would week night events such as quizzes and sports teams. There is currently an under utilised back bar food opportunity which needs to be utilised.
The Tyning Inn is a lovely pub the has bags of potential, the successful tenant should want to embrace community life and have excellent retail standards. Upon a long term agreement we would be willing to do capital investment to bring this historic site back to its glory days.
