The Crown Inn Everton is set in the heart of the New Forest in between the busy towns of New Milton and Lymington. The property boasts great traditional features and provides a cosy environment both for diners and local drinkers. Internally the pub is in good condition and offers around 30 covers with another 12 covers in the bar area. There are two entrances; a front door, which is mainly used by pedestrians, whilst those who have driven to the pub enter from the car park at the rear of the building. They are greeted by a lobby and the restaurant, with the bar servery being in the middle of the pub. The servery has a few hand pulls, including cask ales, and there is plenty of room for merchandising of wines and spirits on the back wall. The commercial kitchen is well-equipped and suited to producing a good quality menu. There is also a purpose-built storage area outside and can be used as a cold prep area. To the front of the pub is a patio garden which has picnic bench seating for 40 guests, this area also acts as a highly visible retail offer to passing trade. At the rear is a covered area and a pleasant lawned garden with potted plants and shrubs. The convenient onsite car park has room for around a dozen vehicles. There is private accommodation located on the first floor above the pub which comprises of two bedrooms, a lounge and bathroom.
