Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
Maintain high standards of food, drink, cleanliness, and customer care.
Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
Drive revenue through events, promotions, and community engagement.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and employment regulations.
Collaborate with Operations Manager to align with strategic goals.
Ideal Partner Profile:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior pub or hospitality management.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Strong commercial acumen with P&L and budget management experience.
Passionate about food, drink, and countryside hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the Peak District market is a plus.
