The Dolphin Inn is a small end terraced village Pub, situated in the middle and main road of the picturesque North Devon Village of Uphill, which is located only a 10 minute drive away from the extremely popular Seaside Resort of Weston Super Mare and its numerous attractions. It boasts a small Car park (Approximately 20 vehicles) at the rear of the pub, and a Patio/Beer Garden adjacent to it.
The internal trading area is traditionally decorated in style with wooden beams and low ceilings creating a cosy and comfortable environment to enjoy drinks with friends and family. There is a one bar servery which offers three distinctive seating areas which are popular with different types of regulars. There is a fully equipped trading kitchen giving the publicans the opportunity of producing a good quality pub food offer.
There is a small patio area with picnic bench seating for up to 30 covers located to rear of the pub and a large car park with space for up to 20 vehicles.

The Dolphin Inn is a lovely village business and would suit either a first-time operator or an experienced operator. The pub is very well supported by the locals and residents that live nearby. Ideally, I would like to recruit a local couple who know the business and history of the business who can demonstrate the ability to drive a great community atmosphere getting involved in all aspects that this will bring. The publicans will need to be engaged with the locals and encourage pub teams and support them in their efforts. Experience in food is desirable however not essential. The couple will also need be able to control costs tightly as this is a typical hand on operation but with it brings a fantastic work lifestyle balance to aim for.
