The Falcon is in good decorative order and retains the character and charm typical of a building of this era. A large, wooden bar welcomes customers and is centrally positioned to serve all areas of the pub. The Falcon is known for its relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and there are several wooden tables and chairs along with tall bar stools that are suitable for a meal or drinks; 35 covers can be accommodated throughout. A beautiful open fireplace creates a lovely ambience and adds to the traditional feel of the pub. There is a section of the bar area where there is a pool table, TV and room for guests to enjoy pub games with friends. The trade kitchen is of a good size and capable of producing a wide-ranging menu to cover all occasions. There are three basic living rooms with a shared bathroom facility, and further development could be a key part of the business.

A large grassed area to the rear of the property is a real sun trap and with the addition of picnic benches, it’s the perfect spot for outside drinking and dining. A decking area houses additional seating. The private car park can be accessed from the front of the property and can accommodate 25 vehicles.
