The Hole in the Wall is located within a mile of the heart of Nottingham City Centre. This popular pub is surrounded by residential and student accommodation. Nottingham Trent University is within walking distance as well as Nottingham Shopping Centre with all major retail stores. There are great transport links with the A60 within 500 yards leading to access to the M1 connecting to Sheffield and Leicestershire

Pub Layout –  The Hole in the Wall Nottingham

A large open plan trading area with a long single bar servery to the right of the entrance. To the left of the room there is a sports area housing a pool table and darts oche. It’s currently decorated with a music theme with wooden flooring throughout and a mixture of fixed and loose seating with a tiled service area. There is a small enclosed snug area tucked away behind the entrance for more cosy drinking. A small equipped kitchen is at the back of the pub along with access to the toilets. Through the sports area there is an entrance to the external drinking patio with approximately five benches.

ACCOMMODATION

Private Accommodation The private accommodation consists of three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. There is additional accommodation on the 2nd floor with four more good sized rooms, lounge, shared bathroom and kitchen available with an external entrance

TRADING STYLE

The Hole in the Wall predominantly trades as a drinks focused pub with live entertainment on weekends and a variety of sports throughout the week. Currently trading with one pool team with scope to expand. Cask Ale has always been a trademark of this pub and should remain a focus for any licensee. No food is currently served however a light bites menu and small back bar food menu should be adopted here.
