The Kings Arms is a traditional wet led community pub on the edge of Crewe Town Centre. Following a £100,000 investment in December 2016, the pub is presented in excellent condition internally and externally. From the main entrance on Rainbow Street, to the left is a large games room which houses the pool table and darts board. To walk straight ahead leads through a vestibule to the rear right snug, with bar servery in the centre, furnished with both fixed and loose seating. To the right is the large public bar, with a horseshoe shaped bar servery and flat screen TV for live sports. The décor is very traditional, with fixed seating beneath all the windows and wood panelling throughout. On the first floor is the function room which has plenty of scope for development and is a great opportunity for an additional income stream. There is also beer garden to the rear, which is a great space with lots of potential as a pleasant place to enjoy drinks during the summer months.
