Lockoford Inn Tapton

The Lockoford Inn is a large community pub located in the middle of a housing estate, approximately one mile North of Chesterfield town centre. The property is cosy with a mixture of hardwood and carpeted floors, and fixed and loose seating throughout several rooms. The bar area is ideal for relaxing with drinks or casual dining whereas the main lounge has a long bar servery which hosts a selection of mainstream brands, as well as cask ales. The popular food menu is also accompanied by an extensive wine selection which is an important part of the customer offer and is carefully chosen to match the popular food menu. There is a jukebox, games machine and television to keep customers entertained and a separate pool room hosts the local league, as well as the walk-in guests. There is also a distinct dining area to the side of the pub and this space is also perfect for hosting private parties. There are five letting rooms on the first floor, some of which are ensuite. To the front of the pub is a lovely patioed area with picnic benches, with space to fit up to 20 covers with a separate smoking solution. The two-bedroom private accommodation is located one the first floor of the building and has separate access, with a lounge and a kitchen available.
