The Parkhall Tavern is located in the centre of the main housing area of Mansfield Woodhouse. It is surrounded by dwellings, it has other pubs, shops and amenities in the area creating a hub for the local community. The pub is purpose built and has a great standing making it unable to miss and is set up well for all types of trading styles.
Mansfield is a market town and the administrative centre of the Mansfield district in Nottinghamshire, England. It is the largest town in the wider Mansfield urban area and the second largest settlement in Nottinghamshire. The town lies in the Maun valley, 12 miles (19 km) north of Nottingham and had a population of 110,500 at the 2021 census.
Pub Layout
The main entrance is accessed via the car park and leads into a lobby which houses the toilets. The first entrance is to the lounge area which has its own bar and views over the main road, this is a comfortable area with bench seating and booths along with TV's for sport. To the rear of the pub is the main bar area, again serviced by its own bar this room is large and has wooden flooring so is ideal for events, functions, sports viewing and sports teams of pool and darts. Externally to the front of the pub there is a large carpark for several vehicles providing access to the front of the pub but additionally to the raised decked beer garden via a ramp which provides an alternative entrance to the pub. The beer garden is well presented featuring a number of wooden benches for outside drinking.
The private accommodation has a lounge, separate well appointed kitchen and two large double and one single bedrooms. There is also a small box room which is currently used as an office.

A licensee who can focus and give their time efficiently to the pub, get actively involved with the local community, incorporate themselves helping local charities and capitalise on popular music and sporting events events with ensure this is a thriving and successful business.
