Pub Layout – The Swan Newton Bromswold

The three trading areas at the Swan are fed by the main bar area. The bar itself is situated at the rear of the pub looking out to the beautiful gardens and Church. The entrance is from the pavement and car park which leads directly into the main bar area. To the side of the bar there is a separate room that can accommodate small groups and has previously been used for local meetings.  There is also a skittle table that has previously been popular with the locals.  There is a lovely garden area to the rear of the property which can seat 30-40 people.

The pub is in excellent condition and has a wealth of period features including open fires. The pub welcomes both regular drinkers and walkers who like to socialise with friends with a pint or glass of wine.  The pub has offered food a number of years ago and could be re-introduced however compliant works would need to take place in order to offer a more substantial food offer. A continued focus on attracting locals and walkers, along with a continued passion for a wonderfully kept and poured cask ale!

Private Accommodation The private accommodation consists of two good sized bedrooms, a lounge and a newly refurbished bathroom. The kitchen is located downstairs and serves as a domestic kitchen.
