A friendly and comfortable village inn, located in the heart of one of England's largest villages, Braunton. The Agricultural Inn is suitable for a variety of age groups, with large open bars, cosy log fire places and pub games. The pub is popular with locals and offers guests to the village, the opportunity to mix with and get a real flavour of North Devon life. Located on the ground floor of the building are two bars. These areas are traditionally decorated with rich wood panelling and traditional bar fittings. The first bar is very popular with the locals and has a mixture of bar stools, tables and chairs, in an area which has carpet mixed with flagstones. A further raised platform offers a more secluded space, providing a cosy restaurant feel with log fireplaces and seating for around 20 covers. The second bar accommodates a mix of fixed and loose seating, where customers can enjoy the 'coffee culture' atmosphere, with an open fireplace, sports viewing and pool. The pub also boasts a large function room, ideal for private events and with ample room to seat 50 covers. This area also houses a skittle alley and benefits from its own toilet facilities. The large trade kitchen onsite allows the new publican to develop and deliver a good food offer. There is a large beer garden, with picnic benches and children's play area is very popular, particularly in the summer months, when the pub can benefit from the influx of tourist to the area. The car park, which accommodates 40 vehicles leads off from the beer garden.
There are two separate flats upstairs, ideal for a live in manager or chef. Both flats have two double bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and bathroom and are neutrally decorated.
