At the other end of the corridor is the lounge/function room, carpeted and with a mixture of seating styles. With its own servery, dance floor and separate entrance, party guests can enjoy their event in private. This area is currently used primarily for functions, but there is scope to hold live entertainment and community events. The function room has recently been refurbished with new wooden flooring, redecoration and new windows and has a capacity of 150.
A paved area to the front of the building is ideal for picnic tables and benches, where customers can enjoy a drink outside. Two car parks, one to the side and one to the rear of the pub provide space for approximately 20 vehicles. A lawned area to the rear, which can also be accessed via the function room, makes a secure garden for families to enjoy.
