The Sandbrook has a strong reputation locally as a pub at the heart of it’s community with a relaxed and safe environment. The Sandbrook is simply the best local community pub in the area, used and staffed by true locals. There will always be a “Buzz” - always a good reason to visit. The pub is a great community local with a great atmosphere at the heart of the business.

The pub is split into two trading areas, separated by a short corridor for access between. The smaller of the two areas is set aside as a public bar where locals congregate in the evening to play pool and darts. The long bar servery is on the back wall and the room has a mixture of bench and loose seating for customers to relax. At the other end of the corridor is the lounge/function room, carpeted and with a mixture of seating styles. With its own servery, dance floor and separate entrance, party guests can enjoy their event in private. This area is currently used primarily for functions, but there is scope to hold live entertainment and community events. The function room has recently been refurbished with new wooden flooring, redecoration and new windows and has a capacity of 150.

A paved area to the front of the building is ideal for picnic tables and benches, where customers can enjoy a drink outside. Two car parks, one to the side and one to the rear of the pub provide space for approximately 20 vehicles. A lawned area to the rear, which can also be accessed via the function room, makes a secure garden for families to enjoy.
