The Coach House sits right in the middle of Swansea’s well known Wind Street. The venues interior has high ceilings, brickwork ,wooden flooring throughout and a modern décor that makes it the perfect place for a quiet afternoon drink or a late night dance. Moving towards the rear of the venue it opens up into the Courtyard area which is a real suntrap, but can also be used all year round with its covered area and external DJ booth. Wind Street is a bustling street at any time of day, whether that’s with daytime shoppers, late night drinkers or its vast student population.
This pub is a city centre venue attracting locals and tourists to the area. There is a large student population and a lively circuit on Wind Street. A stones throw from Swansea Arena so you can utilise this for a larger customer base when concerts are on. The surrounding area is one of the busiest social attractions in Swansea so there is massive opportunity to grow sales through well thought out and promoted events. There is lots of new housing being built along with private student accommodation in the surrounds so this can be taken advantage of too.
This venue is pretty much a blank canvas for an experienced entrepreneurial retailer to move it to the next level. It does have a kitchen which can be utilised to add your own menu, however the real driver is the large student population within Swansea.
