Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, stock management, compliance, and customer service.
Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local residents, groups, and businesses to maintain the pub’s role as a community cornerstone.
Food & Beverage Excellence: Deliver high-quality pub food and drinks, including real ales, cocktails.
Event Management: Organise and promote events such as live sports screenings, themed nights, and seasonal celebrations.
Financial Management: Drive profitability through effective cost controls and promotional activity.
