has undergone much development in recent years. Hayle is a popular holiday destination with its

Internal Trade Areas: There are three main trading areas at the Cornish a main bar with soft

used for letting through the summer.
External Trade Areas: To the rear of the pub is good sized garden area which has a Intent style
covered area with festoon lighting lengthening the seasonality of the garden, this area is serviced by its
open BBQ and Smoke house food offer. The total covers of the garden to the rear consists of around 70.
At the front of the pub there is a small patio area with traditional style garden furniture and has around
26 covers. to the front there is also a small parking area for around 4 cars.
Private Accommodation: The private accommodation consists of four bedrooms, a spacious lounge
dining room, a bathroom and private kitchen.
