We are seeking a passionate and experienced Management Partner to continue this pubs success story after a substancial investment in January 2026
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day running of the pub, ensuring smooth service across food, drink, and events.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and excellent service.
Food & Beverage Oversight: Work closely with your kitchen team to maintain the quality and consistency of the new menu, which includes traditional pub classics, Sunday roasts, and seasonal specials.
Community Engagement: Continue to build strong relationships with local residents and groups
Events & Private Hire: Manage bookings for private dining and events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and community meetings.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations are met.
Proven experience managing a busy pub or hospitality venue.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
A passion for great food, drink, and customer service.
Commercially astute with experience in stock control, budgeting, and driving sales.
Community-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
